Kenya's 15-man rugby team (the Simbas) competes in international rugby union. While Kenya has developed considerable rugby sevens capability, the 15-a-side rugby team has struggled to achieve consistent international success and has not yet qualified for a Rugby World Cup. Kenya's rugby union development represents potential for future growth but remains behind developed rugby nations.
