Nyeri Climate

Nyeri County experiences cool highland climate on Mount Kenya's southern slopes. Temperatures are moderate year-round due to elevation, typically ranging from 10 to 20 degrees Celsius. Rainfall is substantial and reliable, ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 millimeters annually. Two rainy seasons (March to May and October to November) support agricultural production. The cool, moist climate creates conditions favorable for coffee, tea, and dairy production.
